The amount will be deducted from your card when the goods are shipped.
FREIGHT
All orders will be delivered within 2-5 weekdays to your address in Denmark unless otherwise stated.
All packages for private addresses are shipped with GLS.
All packages for business addresses are shipped with GLS.
ORDERS FOR ABROAD
We do not ship orders outside Denmark, this also goes for Greenland and the Faroe Islands.
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
The rules of the Purchase Act apply to purchases of goods.
When you shop at our stores as a consumer, you have a right to make a complaint for 24 months.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, get the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the error. If you complain within the two months after the error is discovered, the complaint will always be timely. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging and remember to get the receipt for shipment so we can refund your shipping costs.

Please enclose a description of the complaint, copy of invoice and your name and address in the package. We do not accept packages without delivery or packages sent by post cash on delivery.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop at our stores.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
Not applicable, in the case of an agreement on regular delivery of goods over a certain period, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the first item.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt, to let us know that you will regret your purchase. You can send an email to "ks@ksv.dk" or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
WITHDRAWAL OF A PART OF THE PURCHASE
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of sending one or more items back, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not be reimbursed for shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.
Note that you can only get a proportionate share of the shipping costs back, corresponding to the distribution between the number of items you send back and the number you keep.
EXCHANGE GUARANTEE
Should you have ordered an item and it does not fit, you can return it to us within 60 days of receiving your order. We exchange the item and send it back as soon as possible. You are always welcome in our store in Maribo.
Please enclose a copy of your invoice / order form when the item needs to be exchanged.
You bear the shipping cost yourself if you send the item back to us. However, we will pay for the new item being shipped to you.

RETURN
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.
You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are responsible if damage occurs during transport.
Certain items cannot be returned by regular mail. This applies to: Stationary machines and workshop trolleys (insert item types). THE CONDITION OF THE ITEM WHEN YOU SEND IT BACK
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not take it into actual use.
If the item has been tried in addition to what has been described above, we consider it to be used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.
REFUND OF THE PURCHASE AMOUNT
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.
We will refund the money with the same means of payment that you used at the time of purchase unless we have agreed otherwise.
We can withhold payment until we have received the item unless you send us proof of having returned it.

As registered with KS Værktøj A/S, you always have the right to send us your objections to the registration. You also have the right to get insight into what information is registered about you. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act. Inquiries in this connection are sent to: ks@ksv.dk.
